Shipping Policy — Europe

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to purchases delivered in Europe. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping & Delivery (European Union & neighboring regions)

Where we ship from: EU warehouse in Griesheim, Germany.
Currency & tax: Prices are shown in EUR, incl. VAT (where applicable).
No customs within the EU.

Processing times

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
During launches or holidays, allow 1 extra business day. Any delay will be posted in the site banner.

Delivery estimates

European Union (EU): DHL/DPD/GLS 2–5 business days.
Non-EU Europe (e.g., UK/CH/NO, where available): 2–7 business days.
Rest of world: 7–21 business days.

Estimates exclude carrier/weather exceptions.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email once your label is created. Carrier scans usually appear within 24 hours (occasionally up to 48 hours).

PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes via national postal services where eligible. Oversized items may require a street address or pickup at a parcel shop/access point.

Lost or damaged

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it fast. Email support with your order number and photos within 7 days. We handle the carrier claim.

Customs & duties (outside the EU)

EU: no customs or import duties.
Non-EU Europe (UK/CH/NO/Rest of World): Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout (DDP where available); if not, they’re due on delivery.
Refused international packages: refund minus shipping and return costs.

Pre-orders & backorders

In-stock items ship immediately. Pre-orders ship separately at no extra cost. Estimated dates appear on the product page (or we’ll advise by email).

Address issues / undeliverable

Incorrect addresses may cause delays. If a package returns to us, we can reship for the carrier fee or refund the product minus original shipping once received back.
