Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to purchases delivered in Europe.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (No Questions Asked)

Try your Fit Boots for 30 days. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. No forms, no hassle.

  • Exchanges (EU): We offer size exchanges. You pay the return label; we ship the exchange back to you at our cost.

  • This guarantee is in addition to your statutory EU rights below.

Your EU statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you designate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

How to exercise: Email support@fit-boots.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. You may use the model form at the end of this policy (not required).

Refunds under the right of withdrawal:

  • We refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered at purchase.

  • Return shipping to us is your responsibility.

  • We refund within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, but may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of sending.

  • You are liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

What can be returned

  • Boots must be in good, re-sellable condition, with all parts/accessories and original packaging. Normal try-on wear is fine; excessive wear, damage, or missing parts are not eligible.

  • Final-sale items, digital products, and gift cards are not returnable unless defective.

Return window (store policy)

  • Start your return/exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days using a trackable service.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email support@fit-boots.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or a size exchange.

  2. We’ll approve and send the correct local EU return address (or Non-EU Europe address, if applicable) and, where applicable, a prepaid label for defects (see below).

  3. Ship your item with a trackable service and share the tracking number.

Who pays for shipping

  • Refund returns (EU/Non-EU Europe): Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original and expedited outbound shipping are non-refundable (except the statutory minimum under the 14-day right of withdrawal as stated above).

  • Exchanges (EU): You pay the return label; we ship the exchange back at our cost.

  • Defective or wrong item: We provide a prepaid label.

  • Duties/fees (Non-EU Europe): Any import duties or brokerage fees already paid are not refundable by us.

Refund timing & method

  • After your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund within 2 business days to your original payment method.

  • Bank/card processing typically takes 3–7 business days to post (Klarna/Shop Pay Installments may take 5–10).

  • We cannot refund items still in transit—refunds are issued after the return arrives at our warehouse.

Lost, damaged, or missing items on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it fast. Email support with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery attempt. We handle the carrier claim.

Bundles, promos & gifts

  • For bundle purchases, return all items to receive a full refund. If you keep a promotional gift, we deduct its retail value.

  • Partial bundle returns are pro-rated at the bundle’s discounted prices.

Incorrect address / undeliverable returns

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery can be re-shipped for the carrier fee or refunded minus original shipping once received back.

Fair use

This guarantee is for genuine trials. We may refuse service in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated wear-and-return).
