2) Eligibility & Account

You must be the age of majority in your country to purchase, or have consent from a legal guardian. Keep your account information accurate and secure.

3) Orders, Pricing & VAT

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT (where applicable).
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept when we ship your order and send a shipping confirmation.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit quantities (e.g., suspected resale, fraud, pricing/stock errors). We’ll notify you using the contact details on your order.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may use EU OSS to remit VAT.

4) Payments & Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)

Card and wallet payments may require additional verification under PSD2/SCA (e.g., 3-D Secure). Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment. If you use Klarna / Shop Pay Installments / SEPA Direct Debit, their terms apply in addition to ours.

5) Shipping & Delivery

EU orders ship from our EU warehouse; no customs within the EU.
Non-EU Europe (e.g., UK/CH/NO/Rest of World): duties/taxes are calculated at checkout where available (DDP); if not, they are due on delivery.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy — Europe.

Key points (summary):

30-day money-back guarantee (store policy).
EU statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days. We refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery from the original order; return shipping is your responsibility.
Exchanges: available; you pay the return label, we ship the exchange back at our cost.
Original shipping upgrades (e.g., Express) are non-refundable beyond the statutory minimum.

7) Product Information & Use

We aim to display products, specifications, and colors accurately; device settings may vary. Our products are fitness equipment—use only as intended and follow all instructions. Consult a physician if needed.

8) Health & Safety Assumption of Risk

By using rebound boots or participating in workouts, you acknowledge inherent risks of physical activity. Use good judgment and follow safety guidance. Nothing on our site is medical advice.

We may offer third-party tools or links “as is.” Their terms and privacy practices apply. We’re not responsible for third-party content or services.

10) User Content & Feedback

If you submit reviews, images, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for marketing and operations. Don’t submit illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15) Indemnification
